FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call one (1) business day in advance (24 hrs). Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the ability to have access to timely medical care.
WHAT IF I NO-SHOW MY APPOINTMENT?
Failure to be present at the time of your scheduled appointment without any notification will be considered a "No Show" and your appointment will be canceled. Recurring instances may result in a termination of relationship from a specific provider should you not notify staff of necessary cancellations. As well, an administrative fee of $50.00 will be billed to your account for each "No Show". (See our No-Show Policy)
You will be sent a letter alerting you to the fact that you failed to show up for a scheduled appointment and did not cancel the appointment within one (1) business day in advance as requested.
WHAT ARE THE OFFICE LATE POLICIES?
A grace period of 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time will be allowed for all appointments should you for any reason be running late or have any kind of delay. However, anything beyond that time frame will be at the discretion of the provider and staff to determine if they will still be able to see the patient.
*We ask that every New Patient or New Injury appointment arrives 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may increase wait time due to necessary completion of the registration process.
